Decent platform, some quirks
I signed up for Roster primarily for their Brand Ambassador Management Platform and the Shopify Integration. The ordering process was clear, and I opted for the annual billing to get the discount mentioned during the demo. Delivery, or rather access to the platform, was instant after payment. Support was responsive when I had a question about setting up the Post-Purchase Referral Popups; they got back to me within a few hours. Quality of the platform itself seems solid, fairly robust. The Campaign Analytics Dashboard gives good insights, though navigating some of the deeper reports takes a little getting used to. Overall, it's a good tool but has a bit of a learning curve for some features. It's definitely helping us with UGC collection.
Easy to get started
